Order the new New York style pizza. Came very fast. Tess was exceptional and they did a great job with the pizza. No complaints from here. I ordered my pizza with extra sauce well done.
Ordered a pizza tonight at 7:16, their app said it’d take them 60 minutes to deliver my pizza. It’s 9:01 and every time I update the tracker it just says “we’re delayed but on the way” with the estimated time changing from 8-20 minutes with every refresh. Called and the manager said they can’t find the driver! What the hell? Do not order from this location- poor customer service! Horrible experience and even more so because I’m starving!
The great taste of the sauce, combined with the great New York style foldable crust, made the whole order a multiple slice experience of deliciousness. One slice after another, the whole experience was repeated, again and again! Keep the innovation going!
Last 3 times i went i paid for extra bacon and pineapple and got this.... They are scam artist who will short you on what you pay for. I would give zero stars but i cant. Better off buying frozen pizza or going to a real pizza place. They should all be fired. Laughing and having a good time while wasting peoples hard earned money. First photo didn't save and child needed to eat but pathetic effort
Terrible customer service. We ordered for deliver, after an hour of waiting we called and the guy that answered the phone said that their Driver told him she delivered it and handed it to us. We had no knock, didn’t sign for the order and we had left a decent tip. The guy basically didn’t believe us. I nicely asked him if we could receive a refund or at least a credit for next time as by the time we’d actually get our order it’d be over an hour and a half wait and we paid 40$ for a pizza and wings only. Honestly disappointed. We were really looking forward to papa johns, even though my husband said to order from dominos in the first place. And they kept putting us on hold for like 10 minutes at a time after we’d ask ONE question. Rude employees, probably just wanted to keep the tip.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very unprofessional & rude stated she is the manager her name is Naylie or however you spell her name stated her name is not important. Wrong child it is important so the company can know what type of poorly customer service you guys are doing at this suppose to be best Papa Johns. Messed up on my order & I asked what was so hard to read and give me what I paid for Naylie was no help at all. Don’t waste your time or money at this location they have no customer service at all. How you think you get your paycheck uneducated child Naylie. ZERO stars is what I really want to give it to this wasteful location. Papa Johns you need to find someone that knows how to handle customers properly.

We ordered a NY style pepperoni pizza. When we got the pizza it had no pepperoni. Called the establishment to let them know and the gentleman said it wasn’t his fault we didn’t choose pepperoni. But I tried to explain to him that we did and would like to speak to a manager. He laughed and hung up on me.
