WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Have ordered from this location dozens of times over the years and never had an issue. Order a large cheese pizza for my kids for dinner. It arrives on time but 1/3rd of the pizza has NO CHEESE! To top off the experience was placed on hold, as I'm writing this review have been on hold OVER 18 minutes. So now my kids have no pizza for dinner. 3 broken hearts and one very upset momma!
Took 2.5 hours to receive our order. Had to call twice to check on the status of the order. Once it arrived, the pizza and cheese sticks were both cold. I live less the 2 miles from the store. I can completely understand being busy, but if the timeframe is going to be this long, the customer needs notified. On top of that, the food should not be cold when it arrives. Feel this will be the last time we will be ordering from Papa John's for quite some time.
Unreal ordering from them lately. Forgetting things or taking a very long time with pickup or delivery... my last order showed out for delivery for an hour before being canceled claiming that the driver had no one answer my door even though I'm only a mile away and i was actively watching with the door opened viewing my driveway and then they wanted to deliver my food cold or repay for new food which is not an okay solution for the mess up. Just don't.
Great Service! My pizza’s were made promptly and taste great. The crew were committed to providing a great experience the minute the front door was opened.
The delivery time is very bad. Pizza has been fine, nothing special but not bad. But it’s taking hours to get a delivery even if you order far in advance and request a specific time. Not worthwhile.
Waited 7 hours for a pre-order. Finally went to the store and out of 10 employees only two were sweeping. No orders were being generated and what I assume to be the manager, after looking puzzled the entire time, still could not find our order. He then said they were three hours behind. Terrible all the way around.
Ordered pizza for delivery with online payment of tips Received pizza 1hr later after the promised time; there was no notification of having it delivered late The delivery man considered it as non-contact delivery by default and just left the pizza outside, without even pressing the door bell or informing via text or email that pizza was delivered When I called the manager for reporting these incidents, manager NEVER apologized for what happened, rather was trying to justify why this happened; I was disappointed and cut the line A few seconds later, the manager called and informed that he will issue refund yet to receive and CUT THE LINE. The manager was very rude and at no point during the discussion, the manager was apologetic.
Man let me tell you what!!! The girl that delivered our pizza tonight was bada$$. She told me the story of helping out and delivering and making the pizzas!!! Thank you girl, we need so many more just like you. She took pride in what she is doing!!!! THANK YOU!!!
online order, when it was time, went to pick it up was notified the order was ready Told the order was NOT ready and would have to wait another 25-30 minutes. Never order Papa Johns again.
Living in Idaho and Florida I thought Papa John’s was terrible. We moved to Ohio and decided to take our chances. We have ordered from every pizza place in the area living in Beavercreek. We have had the best experience in the last year with papa John’s. Not sure what changed but it is the best pizza in the area. 2 years ago I could not say that, I can now! We ordered papa John’s when we moved here in 2019 and it was not that great, as our previous experiences. Getting to the point…it’s the best around now! Thank you papa John’s for making it great again!
