The customer service was on point. The staff was very kind and courteous. The transaction was quick and the place was not over crowded. Food looked great..I was even persuaded to buy a quesadilla that I didn't need lol I didn't have to beg for more toppings because the portions given were just right. The environment was clean, well lit, and the advertising table drew my attention. The quesadilla could've been better but wasn't horrible. I'll be back to this location in the future.
Ruined by covid, I suppose, I look forward to editing this review back to 5 stars if they get their act together. No longer do they have tea, nor hot sauce like Chalua, nor do they leo their drink machine stocked the last two times I've been they've been out of most drinks. This time I had to get water despite paying for a drink because I didn't realize they had literally nothing I liked. They warned the guy after me, but not me. The food is still great, better than Chipotle.
No one else in the restaurant, but our takeout order was still incorrect. The rice was hard, the peppers and onions were raw, and we were given the wrong type of queso. Vegetarian options: Go somewhere else
I like this new location it seems easier to access with better parking. Qdoba's new location is much larger in size with more room to dine in. Upon entering this location is very clean/well lit with a brief menu. Just to enjoy not having to anticipate a long wait is always a plus. We were greeted as we entered this fast casual restaurant. Qdoba's staff is very friendly/and attentive. Most of all, if you're a guac lover there isn't any additional charge for the first two scoops! Overall we were pleased my sons cheese quesadilla didn't make it in the picture collage! S's/O to Groupon for offering a special of $20 for $10!
Took my wife and daughter there for lunch . The food was good and lage portions for the price. The look of the store is clean but generic.Food: 5/5

Made an online order for vegetarian quesadilla, chips and salsa. We got meat quesadilla and cubed tomatoes. End up buying the dinner from a different place. Waste of money and time.
Food was Luke warm my chicken in my burrito was VERY DRY there was no pepper, onion or tomato for the veggie burrito the lettuce was wilted Vegetarian options: Veggie burrito, is what was ordered what a let down
I have always enjoyed watching our food be prepared call me crazy, but this particular location does not skimp on toppings, sauces or add ons! My entire family prefer over the other competitors 4:1
