ORDERED 2 PIZZA'S SATURDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2022. 21:01 PM I ordered pizza because I was draining the water from my pasta and I spilled it all in the sink in the sink. Normally I wouldn't even care. I would just rinse the pasta. This time was different because I slow cooked it with veggies already mixed into it. Already having a terrible day where no amount of "quality flowers" has been able to cheered me up. I just shook my head and ordered some pizza from Papa John's Pizza. The order taker on the phone at Papa John's asked me if there were any specific instructions as always. I said, "please call me when you arrive I'm deaf, hard of hearing Please don't ring the door bell or knock on the door. I do not want to disturb my roommates." As simple as that, I tipped $5 in advance intention to pay for the pizza with cash. Guess what the delivery driver did? Rings the door bell AND knocks on the door. I didn't hear it. This woke up my 3 roommates inside of the house- I got yelled at and the pizza was cold. What a life. Ricky Munday
Need to improve in customer service , not hello, no eye contact , no have a good day or at least bye. They just ask for name , give you the pizza tell you to get your soda and walked away. And my winds bearly had buffalo souce . I don't need I will order from there.
We have found the pizza surprisingly better than Little Caesar's. The cost about the same. Domino's is still better But more expensive. Pizza Hut takes the prize and your wallet too.
Horrible manager just ordered a thin crust pizza got the pizza delivered turned out to be regular thick crust so I called the papa John's and told them they made a mistake mind you the girl that took my order repeated the order 3 times thin crust. I requested to get the right pizza delivered the manager kept refusing after I suggested to return the pizza myself and receive the right pizza. He kept saying he can't give free pizza even though he would get the wrong one back.
I still love the pizza. What I don't love so much is the machine that answers the phone before the real person. What?? Lets go back to a human answering please. This is not a doctors office so there's no need for pressing 1 or 2. Find good employees and take good care of them and they will do the same for the store/ company.
So I ordered a pizza from this location yesterday mind you I've ordered from here before and never had any issues but yesterday was a whole different story. I placed my order at 3:32pm and when I received my confirmation it said it would be between 30 to 36min for delivery which also showed between 4:00 to 4:06pm delivery time. I was like ok cool. So it was 4:00pm and I called to check up on my order and I was told it was just coming out of the oven and would be there within 15min I'm ok thank you. It was now 4:35pm and still no pizza so I waited a little longer before I called in again cause at this point I was just going to cancel my order and get a refund and order something else. Well 4:45pm and still nothing so I called in and asked where my order was and that if it wasn't ready I just wanted it cancelled and for them to refund me they said oh yeah your order is on its way the delivery driver just left with it I was like finally well it was 5:15pm and still nothing so as I was going to call back to tell to just cancel it the delivery driver showed up. So I asked him are you guys really busy today he was like eh so so then he left I should have checked my pizza while he was there cause not only was it cold but they also got one of my pizzas wrong so I called in and asked to speak with a manager cause I had a complaint about my order being wrong and cold and they said sure hold on and then we as hung up on. I don't know what was going on there yesterday but I will not be ordering from Papa John's anymore. Service was horrible, The Pizza was cold, and to make things worse my chicken wings half cooked. Thank you for not caring about the customer Papa John's. What a shame was my favorite pizza up until yesterday.
One person making pizzas , another doing cashier, and delivering. Awful waiting time. Poor service .
They never pick up there phone, older lady in the front is rude. They will continue making the pizza instead of answering phone after calling so many times finally show up in person to witness this happening. Who ever is the boss better take a look at this, because he’s loosing phone calls/customers/ money big time ridiculous.
Terrible Managment and Customer Support. The manager here, apparently has BAD reviews and other local PaPa John's hear about these issues. Why is she even employed there????!!!
Great pizza. Customer service training couldn't hurt though.
