We placed an order for pickup. We arrived about 10 minutes early, so we sat in front of the store in our vehicle. We had a great view of the kitchen fortunately/unfortunately. I'll be honest we actually debated whether we were going to buy our order or not. Reason being we watched one of the staff members taking out trash from the store and immediately came back into the store and started folding boxes without washing their hands. It was disturbing and if our order was not already boxed. We would have definitely gone elsewhere. The pizza was good, the overall experience gives doubts if we will return.
Found a long black hair in my pizza. Accidents happen, so I just removed it and continued eating around it. Unfortunately, I kept finding more and more long strands of hair in my pizza. There is no way there were that many "accidents". The person responsible must be incredibly negligent or intentionally put them in as a joke. It will be a while before I order from this location again.
On 9th Dec 2022 I ordered their special pizza with cheese on crust .. after 3 days also my 6 years old daughter tummy hurts and she throwing out … I also have severe tummy ache… something was not good in pizza or remains uncooked.
It might seem like a hassle cuz calling their store sends you to like a third party call center it's better than doordashing for some reason as far as quality and time. Picture below is a picture of a doordash order
Always on time, no peppers or sauce missing. All toppings picked are also on the pizza not the store's fridge. Vegetarian options: Pick whatever toppings you wish. I should try a pizza with five toppings of jalapenos. Or even better, five toppings of anchovies! Kid-friendliness: Never seen a kid get kicked out of a pizzeria. Parking: Land and parking spots are two things we don't lack here in suburban Ohio. Wheelchair accessibility: The facility is on the first floor with two three-feet wide entrance doors. The sidewalk should have a slopped curbside wheelchair access by the code.
The kid working the counter was alone and he was very helpful and efficient. The location was hard to find. Needs more lighting at night.Food: 3/5
The crew here is top notch! Best papa johns I've had in years! Wish I could give 10 stars!
I don’t even want to call papa John’s anymore for delivery since they’ve outsourced their inbound calls to a call center in India! It takes 10 minutes to take my order, what a joke Papa John’s… cheapest thing I’ve ever seen.
Bad luck lately with PJ’s but this delivery was on point. All expectations met: quick, thoughtfully prepped and baked. Even let me tweak my drink order last minute. 5 stars.
