Really bizarre experience and left feeling like I was crazy for expecting the correct food, or a refund of my order. There seemed to have been a glitch where my online order got messed up or it was my error, which is fully possible. When I asked for it to be corrected, it was immediately "I know that's what you think you ordered, but..." and some borderline hostility from the manager. I understand food service is stressful, I've worked in food service in the past, but kindness and customer service go a long way. I did, allegedly, get a partial refund, but we'll see if that occurs. Won't go back to this location, but hope the manager gets some additional customer service training.

It's a pizza chain. Ratings based on that thought. Not an Independent specialty shop.  1st. Not my favorite pizza. For a takeout pizza chain, coast to coast, it is consistent. Most Donatos put more topping than their competitors!.. We usually add more spices to the pizza Tony Chachere's, Sriracha, Italian spices...... We have fun with the cauliflower crusts,  and vary our orders. For a very thick crust we go with another place or make our own. All in all the sauces and ingredients are worthy. If you aren't a rut person, then you need to play with Donatos.

My kids’ favorite pizza. Curiously takes longer than your typical 15 minutes on occasion but quality is on point. Parking lot is awkward

Been searching for good chicken wings. Your's are really good, like mine plain, can't handle spicy. Only thing I can add, a drive thru would be nice cause I'm old.  Wheelchair accessibility: Didn&#39;t see a ramp but it&#39;s always been dark.

How did they get 3 stars!!?  I go zero for the restaurant and 4 for the pie. This is the worst run restaurant on Earth.  I called in an order and was told 15 min. I show up in 20. 6 people in front of me picking up. One had half his order and was told they weren’t sure when the rest would be done. Another guy - they had given his order to somebody else. Me - they say ... I don’t know when it will be done. We’re really busy. I mention the 15 min and was told whoever promised that should not have.  I’m thinking there’s no manager here. Was too bad. I’m from nyc and have always loved donatos. Doubt I’d go back

My favorite wings. Pricey but worth every bite. Chipotle dry rub. Service was courteous and friendly. They let me mix and match the flavors. I ate all the garlic rub ones before I knew it. Repeat, repeat, repeat customer. Thumbs high .

We ordered delivery.  Delivery was swift and efficient.  Customer service was friendly and through. Plant based pizza  was very satisfactory.Food: 4/5

The pizza is ok, but this location always gets the order wrong. I've tried twice to order pickles on my pizza and both times they didn't include it and didn't call, just delivered the wrong pizza. They also have messed up on the salad dressing.  EDIT: I just ordered pickles on my pizza again, and this time we called the store and made sure they did in fact have pickles on hand as we were ordering. They assured us that they did and promised they would check it before it left. Guess what! Even still, there were no pickles, and they left off another topping as well, and cut it incorrectly we requested pie cut, it came in squares. I'm very disappointed that this location continues to get orders wrong, even when called.

Love this location! Very friendly and always get my order correct.

First time picking up their pizza. Was much hotter than most deliveries. Also more savings.
