The best pizza ever! The food is always hot. And they are always on time or early with there deliveries. And the employees and management are so friendly that you feel like your at home when you walk in. Awesome establishment hands down.Food: 5/5

Placed a phone order employee still after 5 tries couldn't get the order of 2 hoagies 1 pizza sauce hoagie & 1 mushroom sauce hoagie for pick up. Asked if they had a drive through Employee said they will deliver. Why deliver when order was going to picked up.....

We use to eat here quite a bit but not anymore because now everytime it's disappointing. This is supposed to be the tuscan six cheese. Not the first time it looks this bad either. It gets worse and worse each time at this store now. Most of the time this was our meal for the day and some left for later. Not anymore. I can't believe how bad the food was made and actually sent out. It takes real lack of care and neglect to make something that bad for someone else to eat.

Shoutout to the night shift manager here. I believe his name was Matt. We’ve been getting absolute garbage from the Papa Johns on 42. So, I called ahead of time told him the issues & everything was perfect. Easily the best Papa Johns order we’ve had in a long time. Do not go to the location on 42, take the extra 5 minute drive and come here.

Papa John's is the best pizza chain pizza in my opinion, and this location is no exception. The pizza was hot, refresh, and tasty. The people were easy to work with, and helped us get a deal. However, they sold us a $12 large single topping when their sign said two toppings for $10, so only 4 stars. We could have gone in and fixed it probably but we were too hungry.

My husband was on a Papa John's kick for a little while. They have decent pizza, and the delivery time to our house was always quick and trackable with their Papa Track feature. He really enjoyed their new cool ranch Papadia.  Over the years, their rewards program has changed. It used to be super easy to get a free pizza, and now you have to spend more to get $10 off. But I can see why they changed it for the sake of business. The delivery fees have also gone up, but costs are rising for everything. This location seems overall good for carryout and delivery.

The employee that took my order was handling cash and change then started making my pizzas without washing his hands or putting on gloves. This establishment is highly unsanitary when it comes to food this is the first and last time I come to this area for pizza.Food: 1/5

Just a little over cooked and cold. We only live 1 1/2 miles away if that far. Sat at the hospital with my wife for nine hours. This is what I get to eat for dinner!!! What's really bad this post has been up 2wks nobody has bothered to contact me about this.  Poor management.....

I normally enjoy the cheese sticks from here but I guess tonight their short on cheese? Half pizza and the cheese sticks are dry and are missing cheeseFood: 1/5

My son & I ordered from them at least once a month prior to him leaving to go to college. We have never had a bad experience with this restaurant 99.9% of the time our orders have been delivered exactly as ordered. The employees have been very helpful fulfilling our orders. Overall the services we have experienced has always been as ordered & delivery drivers are courteous & pleasant , I would recommend this restaurant to both friends & family!
