My friends and I all love Papaleno's! The pizza is a crowd pleaser, but my boyfriend and I are both fans of the lasagna. Personally, I'd go for the bread alone - huge hunks of it swim in pools of garlic butter. There is always a selection of desserts, as well. I've had the turtle cheesecake, and it was great. 

Wait times can be long during busy hours (especially on weekends when the weather is favorable), and parking can be a challenge, but the food is well worth it.

Best restaurant in Berea. Loved by locals & out-of-owners. Wonderful menu selection. Try the grilled chicken and veggie pasta--one of their most popular items!

This used to be the best pizza in town. Basically,  since the liquor license,  all the food has gone down hill. The sauce tastes different and the kitchen seems like they want to rush everything out and not make the food correctly. I used to recommend this place to all my out of town friends. Lately, I've just recommended driving the extra miles to richmond or choosing a different food variety option in berea.

Papalenos on a Friday night is phenomenal! There’s never a long wait on food. Employees are always maintaining a professional atmosphere and serve customers to the best of their ability. Food is beyond great! Best Italian restaurant in Berea.

Best pizza in town. I've been going here since I first moved to Berea in the early 2000's and it has always been a favorite of my family. We always bring our guests from out of town here to eat and they always enjoy it. Great variety of things on the menu. Only negative thing I can say about it is the wait time, but that's usually because they are busy. The great food makes it worth the wait.
