Don't get me wrong I loveeee there pizza. But manager dude is complete bull**** to his employees. I watch him yell at all his workers and tell the customer who ordered over the phone that he had done it completely wrong and he shouldn't get any discount or another pizza. When it should have been read back to make sure it was done right. And had his name wrong so when he got there he didn't know his wrong pizza was done! For management to yell at people and be mad at customers in front of other customers. Had to say something to him...

I had been in before and came in to an empty counter with no one in the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes before anyone came out. Wrote it off as a 1 time thing. Well today preordered pizza around noon for a 5:15 pickup and prepaid hoping it would speed things up come time. Well came in at 5:09 my pizza was neither done nor started. They served every single walk in before me. Tried to tell me I needed to pay. 20 minutes later the 5 o'clock crowd was gone. I still had not received my pizza. 7 employees and no sense of urgency. Incredibly disappointed. Save yourself the time and go to a different location.

I take it Peyton is having a bad day because her employee Kenzie can't ring anyone up properly. They messed my order up and I came back ten minutes later with my wife to fix it and all I got was attitude from Kenzie who messed it up in the first place. Peyton decided calling the manager was best, she only let him hear her words and didn't really let me speak without her word first. After I explained how we ordered a stuffed and not a pan over and over again they didn't get it. Another customer decided to start a fight with me and call me outside. I asked for a refund and got it. Peyton then called the cops for. I reason because this other customer was arguing with me and had me trespassed. The cops let the guy go and harassed me outside for not reason except that Peyton was pretending to cry inside. Needless to say it's a mess they made my order wrong and because Peyton and the customer had a bad day now I can't have their pizza anymore. I got there once a week! I'd give less stars if possible it's a shame with how many pizza places they have in enumclaw that can't handle customers. Get a new job!
