The customer service was excellent and we ordered the dinner box, Garlic knots and a salad bar. The salad is fresh and delicious we got our pizza in 20 minutes and garlic knots within 10 minutes of ordering. The food is hot fresh and delicious my step daughter had a great birthday thank you.

I always buy Bone in Wings and Stuffed Crust pizza. At first the experience was great food was good and service was fast. After a few times everything went down hill. I ordered pizza and waited over an hour for it. I called because it took so long and they said they didn't have stuffed crust anymore. No one called me to explain and I'm curious how long it would have took. No big deal one time incident right? Every time I call... Let me note I call often they're out of Bone in wings and stuffed crust pizza. Doesn't matter if I go in or call. They're always out whether it's a Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday. Seems like laziness to me. In addition how does pickup time take 15 minutes and delivery 1 block away take over an hour? Another problem they have. Hire more drivers and stock more food. Problem Solved. AND GET RID OF DANIEL!!! HE CAN'T TAKE ORDERS!
