Every time I've gone here, whether I ordered ahead by phone or stopped in and ordered, I've received quick and friendly service and the pizza's always quite tasty.  The only thing I could complain about is that you can't order online here as you can in other locations but I think the corporate offices are to blame for that.  It's likely they didn't want to invest too heavily in this location before determining if there's enough demand to be worthwhile.  I've seen complaints about the rude manager but I've seen a young man trying to be professional and do not believe he's rude, just trying to do his job like a professional.  Not everyone is bubbly with friendliness and I see no problem.

Great customer service. Everytime I go in there the employees are very nice and super professional. They have never once messed my pizza up.

I've ordered from them 8 times, they have never once got my order right, and when I wanted them to make the right pizza that I ordered they charge me again for it. Finally today they fixed my pizza today free of charge, and they still couldn't get it right. I had to go home and add pineapple to my pizza. It really sucks because we love Papa Murphy's, but now we'll just make the commute to the placerville one.

Ordered online, customized the order to have thin crust and white sauce.  I received my email confirmation and it said "red sauce, regular crust."

I then called to clarify the discrepancy with the manager and guess what my husband brought home?  Thick crust w/red sauce pizza!

For years we've picked up pizza's in Placerville to go with no problems. Hopefully it's just a learning curve.
