I really use to love this place. Now I have to haggle because I want a large rice. Give me what I ask for & charge me for it. Don't tell me you can't... Just lost a faithful customer. I guess they don't like black people....

A little pricey but worth it. Portions are very good. The food has always been fresh and the service has been very good. If you love coffee, try their cuban coffee.

I love this place... love the food... but the manager opts not to turn the A/C on when it's 90° outside and same or more inside... I had family visiting from abroad and we all ate our food drained in our sweat... even the waitresses agreed but the manager was stubborn... There were three other couples sitting and were using the menu as a hand held fan... Will visit in winter.. Food is good... love the Cuban sandwich and the empanadas...

I love the food and atmosphere here! The drinks are good and the music makes me feel like I'm on a carribean island somewhere. I love the Pollo Cuban and their plantains are the best!

In the past, Papi's was good. I visited the establishment recently and the service was unexpected. Our drink orders came out late, our food was cold when it came to the table and the suggested tip amount on the receipt did not equal the true 15%, 18% or 20% amounts of the bill. I've eaten here many times and had good service. I thought maybe it was the server. Today, someone from my house tries to call and place and order. They called twice. On the second call, they were hung up on. I called because this is not the company I know. I called 6 times and my calls went underanswered. I am disappointed. I guess their service has changed along with their new menu.
