Have to give a shout out to these guys. I've been commuting on their Classic (Dutch roadster) for 3 1/2 years. I love it. Anytime I've had a mechanical issue (from heavy use, not poor quality), Papillionaire has gone above and beyond, mailing me replacement parts even when I'm well outside the warranty period. The issues have been infrequent but the sort of thing that happens on any well-used bike. The bike itself looks amazing (best frame design I could find short of a thousand-dollar custom).

Papillionaire Sommer is a great bicycle. I have had it for 2 years now and it is awesome. So very comfortable and stylish with greatest quality. And the fact that Papillionaire has excellent customer service, doesn't hurt either. The best bike out there in its price range.

I had a couple problems getting my Cafe Racer together, but I emailed Papillionaire and Hadass answered my questions promptly, made sure my bike was running smoothly, and that I was satisfied with my purchase. Great customer service!
