I've been bringing my bikes here for many many years (a large Dutch bike with complicated parts, and a 1974 Bianchi that's finicky), and not only do they really know their stuff, the customer service is excellent and the costs are really competitive. Their cat is also very lovely :-)

A truly local shop. Joanne really knows her stuff. Not pretentious like so many other bike shops staffed by gear heads who would rather be racing.

 Hired 2 bikes. One malfunctioned in Manhattan. Had to lock it up and hire a city bike. I was refunded my hire fee and city bike fee for my inconvenience. Much appreciated! Great customer service.

Had great experience so far having our bikes stored with weekly weekend pickups! Friendly staff!

Went down with my kid to fill up our tires and they were absolutely fantastic just helping us for a few minutes! I highly recommend them for tune ups!
