This place sucks. The gated community is a joke. Anyone can just follow any vehicle through the gate. I've been here two months, and when I went to renew, they told me I had to leave because my camper wasn't normal. No notice at all. I was paying for another month as it was due the next day. 
I wish this would let me post pictures. My camper is nicer than most of them out here. This is the total slum pit.

As far as RV parks go super clean.  Security and gated.  Good working people inside.  Well kept grounds.  Pool and other amenities well kept.

After my initial review upper management(not the local office) corrected the issues we had with management, management still tried to push forward with repossession of our home even after resolved. A lot of money went into transfering the lease.  Advice to ANYONE who tried to own here- be prepared to be denied access for several months if you do not change your license address when you purchase- they will try to steal your home under current local management.

Friendly and helpful office reception, that would be a five star. The pool is clean by our site 335. There are clean public toilets by that pool area. I didn't check the other pool.  One side of the park is for permanent mobile homes, and other side for RV's and some permanent mobile homes. The sites are large and relatively empty on April 26 when we were here. I can see that when the park is full, the large sites are shared by two RV's and there may not be much room between the adjacent motor homes.  So the best time to have a large site all to your self would be during the "Off Season"  My 30 amp connection at post did not function, so I used adjacent post connection at 338, it worked. There is no cable, but over the air channels come in strong here...The WiFi is terrible. I am sitting across the WiFi repeater transmitter at the pool house, and getting 5 bars out of 5 bars for signal strength...yet the purchased camplink WiFi is very very very slow...I tried several of the different location signals through out the park. That is why it got only 3 stars. I would come again, because the discounted price is very good for Passport America. Be sure you return the two cards for the laundry room and the Shower rooms, because there is a deposit for them.  There is a place to drop them off, if the office is closed as you leave. A few stray cats around the area...but they don't bother me. My GPS would not accept the West location of the street, only showed the East location of the street.  The RV park is located West of the Interstate 95, get off at exit 31B.  My wife and I felt safe here.
