Doesn't deserve any stars. Manager has 0 skills as a manager. The residents are great though.

I had a really nice time..... I didn't do too great of the slot machines..... and the hooker I ordered stayed a little bit later than I would have liked the next morning..... but other than that it was great

Own a home at 131 Algonquin Trail....lot rent keeps going up...over $400 a month for what?  I go to the office to pay my mortgage and RARELY is someone at the park office for days at a time!!!!

I try calling for days with no returned phone calls and when I finally TRACK SOMEONE DOWN I have to hear the excuses about how short staffed they are and how YES communities ownership keeps moving managers around to other locations to fix problems.   NOT MY PROBLEM!

VERY disappointed!  Been there almost a year with new faces in the office all the time if there at all!!!!

I would 100% not recommend this mobile home park.  They do not live up to what they promise about lot fees and the park up keep is very minimal.
There explanation to me is that they cannot keep staff employed and they have a constant turnover.

adults and 9 kids (7 months to 14 yrs)...fun and not super difficult. A few small wipe outs but nothing major. Great fun...lots of photos opportunities! Oh and no threat to tow... theres a mile of road to park on the side of! Easy turn around space as well!
