Astonishly disappponted at the level of customer service. Came in an ordered a cherrynana smoothie I have ordered several times before. This time it tasted like a banana smoothie so I asked if they could blend in more cherries. The girl behind the counter said no, but you can buy another one. I thought she was joking. She went on to say "We don't give refunds". I told her I don't want a refund, I love this smoothie. It just taste more on the banana side today. I ordered this several times and it has a great cherry flavor! The girl said "I made it right, i'd have to call the owner at home to ask her if I could remake it for you". She pointed to the front and said "their should be a sign posted out there". I then asked "Really? if a customer isn't satisfied with your product you're not allowed to remake it for them?" She said no. Long story short they had to call the owner at home to ask if I could have more cherries?? after a bit of back-and-forth they were then allowed to remake my smoothie. Not before telling me next time ask for less banana. Seriously I just got lectured on the smoothie I've ordered several times before and been very happy with? Just very disappointed in the level of customer service. Unnecessary hoops and hurdles for a smoothie. Sad, I really liked that place, guess I will have to find a new smoothie place.

My daughter and I accidentally found this place and was HIGHLY impressed! I am Vegan and haven't had a frozen yogurt in 2016. Was so pleasantly surprised at the flavor of their Vegan yogurt and can't wait to tell the Vegan world about this place. Plus their customer service was a 10.
