I worked closely with Michael as a go-to recruiter, and I must share my experience. Michael consistently displayed a troubling pattern of using people for his immediate needs, only to abandon them later on. In my case, he exploited my candidate pool and even went behind my back, attempting to backdoor many of my candidates. He underestimated my ability to uncover his actions.  It's important to note that Michael has developed a reputation in the industry for favoring boys' clubs and engaging in unethical practices. His actions had a detrimental impact on my company, and I have no doubt he will do the same to others. If you are looking for a new job, I strongly recommend considering other companies with better leadership and ethical standards.
