Good food. I think their breakfast menu needs to be enhanced. In general I like this place. Lunch or dinner menu is fantastic, they have one of the best mix grilled, and Lebanese appetizers. the place is popular so you better book your table, unless you don't mind a non desired table or some waiting. in general, it is a very good place to dine in Toronto

One of the few places where the food looks just as good as the picture on the menu and tastes even better than it looks. Great, fresh food fast.  Love the breakfast here! A welcoming spot for kids as well.

They did not get our orders right but we are not fussy people. Food was decent, they are quick to bring food when not busy. Chicken was dry but beef was good. We requested hot sauce & garlic sauce multiple times from multiple people and it never came. After a while, we went up to the counter to ask and only then we got it.

Bland, boring and incompetent staffing = stay away.

First time and the last time getting food from here.  A simple Chicken Shawarma was butchered.  Very little meat and other fillings turning their "large" 9" wrap into a pencil sized portion.  Bland meat, a little lettuce and a pickle is all that was inside.  It was also completely missing the garlic sauce, and the wrap was badly burnt on one side from being on a flat grille or similar too long, so there was a burnt wrap taste to go along with every bite instead of just being toasted like it was supposed to be..

While I was waiting 10 min to get my wrap there was maybe 3 tables seated.  I saw plates leaving the kitchen and immediately going back into the kitchen because someone screwed something up.

I hate to say it but this place has taken a serious dive to the point where they should really close the place down. It was a great place at one time but the quality and service levels are horrible. I've been here before they renovated and it was a hole in the wall, but the food quality and quantity was outstanding. Now they also don't carry items listed in their menu (eg whole chicken). This one of many things that is wrong with this place. It is a clear indication to me that they have not taken the time to manage this place as they should. Not only that, many tables were left dirty when the place wasn't busy. There are far better places now to eat similar food. Save your money and time and don't bother with this place. 

One last thing, they are offering canned responses for every bad review and not addressing the issue at hand. Even when it has been brought up previously.  Read the reviews about the complaints and you'll see pattern of not listening.

Oh, the car giveaway won't solve your problems.
