We had a big party around 75 people at this place last week and thanks to Mr Ali for wonderful customer service. The food here is incredible and always consistent. Some of the most courteous and pleasurable service as well! I recommend this place to everyone.

About 20 seated customers and 6 waiting for take out and only one to serve. Waited more than 5 minutes at the cash register before someone came. People are paying money and expect decent service.

Located near Cineplex this is a perfect place for lazy night out. The menu isn't different than their other locations but preparation is always spot on. BBQ Shrimp plate has juicy shrimps with buttered up rice and they always give us spicy sauce on the side. Mesa plate coupled with hot fresh pita is a meal on its on. We also love the shawarma plates. We have sampled almost all items on the menu and have never left disappointed. Service is pretty good and place is kept nice and clean. Owners are jovial and you can always expect a great experience!

Paramount used to be a reputable restaurant brand but i believe their quality has fallen below sub par. I used to buy fresh pita bread here all the time but yesterday the bread was super stale. Hard as a rock... They will give you stale ones to avoid giving you fresh ones. Even your local convenience/grocery store probably has better pita bread. They obliviously dont care. Wouldn't recommend it all.. Your better off buying packaged ones which far supersedes the stuff they serve here. Revisited on December 26 2017: Same terrible experience. They don't even fill the rice decently in the container. Only 25% of it is full. Don't charge people full price for rice and then fill only 25 % of the container. You're only robbing people To top it off, rice is bland, no salt, no taste whatsoever. Taste like plain boiled rice. Customer service is decent, but the food quality is HORRIBLE. Had to go here as they are the only place in Milton with an Arabic option for food. Will not revisit ever again. Please avoid this place at all costs until they fix their quality.

Myself and some family where here yesterday for Christmas dinner and it was really busy! Absolutely packed! The food took longer than usual to arrive but it still came out fresh and delicious. Management did a phenomenal job on crowd control and the service was still incredible as usual
