They post a sign as you walk out they close at 12am, not clearly posted at the entrance, sat at the exit looking for a pay kiosk. Couldn't find one at the exit.

Great for residents! May seem pricey for monthly rates, but not bad for in the middle of downtown and for valet service. I was worried I'd have problems with getting my car when I need it, but their automated call ahead system is perfect - it's always waiting for me when I leave for work. All the attendants are really nice - they learn who the residents are quickly and are always friendly!

Be careful about this garage. I parked there last week and forgot to leave my key. Mind you the attendant that gave me my parking ticket didn't ask me to leave a key. I realized after about 30 minutes that I did not leave a key and came back to give them one. They insisted that they had to charge me $57 because I did not leave a key. They attached a boot to my car so I won't be able to move it. I asked to talk to a manager and waited for one to come talk to me but a manager never came. I finally had to pay so that I can leave. I would never park in a place that treats customers in this way.
