I was told it wasn't possible for my mom to sit with us because we had bought 3 tickets and there was no way to refund those 3 tickets and buy 4 new ones. If that wasn't bad enough, there was a seat open next to us that the computer had said was filled! So she could have easily sat with us if not for the frankly stupid policies and poor ticketing software. 
When we went to see the show, none of us could even see the stage, despite what the layout on their website promised.

This place is always a pleasure to see a show at. Great sound, classy joint, a good excuse to throw on a suit jacket and toss aside the flip flops and shorts. Even better, if you donate $10/month you get presale access to tickets and primo seats. Always worth it!

Great Historic Venue, went to watch Ruthie Foster and the sound was Great! It was all older retired people that escorted you to your seat and they were Super NICE! One of them pointed out some of the History, when she showed me a spot in the roof where one of Houdini's magic tricks damaged one of the panels near the front of the stage. I gave her a big ole hug and said thank you for showing me that bit of History! 👍👍😀

Beautiful Theater. Was a bit crowded at the event. Fitting 1400 people indoors prior to the event was rough. But it was better than being outside in the 110+ degree heat. The people that work there are angels. Such sweet staff and friendly.

Visited here several times during RTX in 2016 and 2017.  This place has a cool historic feel.  The serve different kinds of soda I've never heard of.  The seats were pretty comfy.  Sitting in the front on the right/left sides can have a slightly blocked view.
