Just returned from shopping at Parian and Sons. My visits have always turned out to be one of the most pleasant and satisfying ways to shop.
Katie Parian and has always responded to my needs in a courteous and concerning way. Never pushed me into something I wasn't 100% satisfied with.  I have purchased various pieces of jewelry over the years and always walked away with with the finest pieces you can find.  Glen and the rest of the staff make me feel as though I was family.  There are many more accolades that I can say about Parian and Sons, but it would probably take another dozen pages.

Katie Parian did great job working with my fiance being patient, readily available and knowledgeable directing him to the perfect engagement rings. We will definitely be going back for our wedding bands as they have provided a personal and supportive environment. From the first time walking in to the thank you card they sent, truly a family owned business with offering an intimate experience. Thanks Parian family!~Amanda & Joe

I went to Parian & Sons looking for an engagement ring. After some time searching around online on my own, I came to the conclusion that this is just something you need to see in person before purchasing. The only thing I really knew about diamonds was what I had researched myself on the internet. Even with that, I wasn’t entirely sure how to compare between stones. So I came into the store with a budget, some quality criteria, and a few ideas of what my better half wanted.

I had something VERY specific in mind, and Katie was extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions. I had her bring in probably 4-5 sets of stones over a number of weeks, and she never made me feel pressured or rushed into buying any particular stone. She helped me compare between stones, and each time she took my feedback and we eventually got to the perfect one. She even helped me customize a setting. I never felt pressured to go over my budget, and there were never any “surprises” in terms of the final price.

Spoiler alert: I am now engaged, and we are back at Parian & Sons designing our wedding bands. Each time we go in, they do a quick cleaning and check on the prongs/setting of my fiancée’s ring. Highly recommend Parian & Sons to anyone looking for a ring, or any other jewelry!

Parian and Sons is nothing short of perfect! In this day and age, people turn to online shopping for its convenience which has destroyed any chances of a relationship developing between business and consumer. From the moment my husband bought my engagement ring, Maria, Katie, and everyone at Parian made us feel like family. Maria kindly explained all characteristics of the diamonds and did not pressure my husband as he visited multiple times to look at various rings. We returned to Parian and Sons to not only purchase our wedding bands, but our bridal party gifts as well. Something this special shouldn’t be left for online shopping. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I would strongly suggest Parian to everyone for all jewelry purchases!

The customer service we receive each and every time we work with Katie at Parian and Sons is second to none. You just don’t find service like that in many places nowadays. Our family has been shopping at Parian for 30-40 years, and we highly recommend them.
