PROS: Nice ambience, friendly, welcoming staff at the front desk and in the spa area. CONS: Overall it was a poor price per value. Very poor quality massage; It was rushed, shallow, and invigorating (the exact opposite of the interned), and the therapist was quite abrupt and impersonal. Now, this was my first experience here or with this chain so I can't speak to their consistent behavior, but this was a bad first impression. For all I know this could have been an isolated thing.

My sister and I went to get a "polish change" before her wedding 3/17/17. They literally did nothing but that, barely even filed a nail. The cost was outrageous $25 for hands $25 for toes, (yes I understand it is Vegas) they also arbitrarily added a 20% gratuity. Not only did we wait for quite a while since they overbooked the lady doing our nails, but the polish was chipping the very next day! When we left they hustled us out the door indicating that they had taken care of cashing us out (they ran my card prior to the services being provided). When I checked my bank statement two days later, I had been charged $96. Apparently painted french tips bumped the price to $40 per hands and toes! Although, during the process we were not made aware in any way there would be an additional charge, nor were we informed when we left. The only reason I am giving two stars and not one is the fact that when I called and complained they were helpful and prompt in returning the erroneously charged $36. If you are thinking about going here for whatever reason... Don't.

I went to the Mandara in mid-March for a Tri-Enzyme Resurfacing facial. It was the best facial I've received in my life! My skin, which is acne-prone and sensitive, was glowing for 2 weeks afterward. The products they used were fantastic. I wish I lived closer and had the money to indulge myself every month - as it is, I'll make it a point to visit the Mandara every time I'm in Vegas.

0 stars if I could rate this. Only come here if you want your belongings stolen. My husband and I went here for a couples massage and when he returned to his locker he noticed his stuff had been tampered with. $500 was missing from his Jean pocket. We went to desk and told them about it and they didn't even seem to be surprised. We asked if this happens all the time and she said well not that recently. What??? Not thy recently ? This should be a surprise to have someone stealing from a locker, the reason you put your belongings in a locker is to keep them secure. This is defiantly a inside job. They knew we paid cash for our massages and in sure they assumed we had more cash with us. They should care about thier customers to at least investigate more since this is frequently happening, But no they don't care. And by the way this place is invested the mildew moldy smell especially walking in the hallway leading to the massage rooms. The ceilings are all stained with black molding leaky spots. The steam room tiles were all missing and mold was everywhere. I was afraid to even stay in there and got out because I was afraid of breathing in mold and getting sick. You would think that a (supposedly ) nice spa would at least have the money to update this or at least clean it, since cleaning doesn't cost that much!! So much for a relaxing time, thanks Mandara spa. I would advise you if you are even considering this place, take your money and business somewhere else. Spa are suppose to be relaxing and enjoyable and not somewhere you leave feeling worse from and risking getting sick from mold and mildew and having your belongings tampered with and stolen. STAY AWAYfrom here unless you like an experience like that. Mandaran spa you may consider hiring a detective to find out your sneaky low life rat thief ruining your business and also try cleaning your mold and mildew up before your customers get sick!!! I will defiantly be warning everyone about this place!
