This place is FILTHY. The beige carpet is literally black because they never clean it. I could not sit on the furniture because it was very dirty. I cancelled my reservation and never had the services because of the poor cleanliness. Please check out other reputable spas in the area.....

Staff make for a very uninviting welcoming which instantly made me feel uncomfortable right off get go. I come to the spa to feel relaxed and at ease and I did not receive that experience. Extreamly upset with my time spent here. Spend your money elsewhere.

When it comes to massages... If you're like me, and no one can ever press deep enough then you should ask for Troy. He gave me the most amazing massage ever. Plus he has good energy which made me feel even more relaxed. He is the best I wish I could take him home with me.

i was sitting in the hot tub at this place when i noticed mold on the inner corner by the water so i got out and told staff but they were quick to dismiss it. went back a few hours later to find it was still there. not a good place overall the staff were very rude and not willing to help with some of my concerns abt their spa. wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

Worst staff I’ve ever met, treated my husband and I with no common respect, and there hot tub had mold growing in it! We came here for our annaversary looking to relax before a romantic night out and we were mortified at the customer service and hygiene of the place.
