We've had the pleasure of working with Park Ave this year and love it.  We're a local vendor that rents luxury washrooms and work with hundreds of caterers a year.  Park ave is not only great at catering but also help you plan your wedding and have many contacts in this industry.  I think it's a great idea to get a caterer that knows not only their business but also a bit about other vendors too to ensure that they are doing their job properly and to help if something goes wrong.  A wedding is a complex event with dozens of things that can go wrong.  I won't touch on the awesome food but go in for a taste test, you can thank me later.
