Don't be fooled (like I was): There are TWO Park & Ride parking lots - one on the east, the other on the west side of Highway 101. The one on the *east* side of the highway (as if you are going to downtown Cotati and is the only one Google seems to recognize) is a large, unsecured parking lot. The one on the *west* side of the highway (as if you are going to Sebastopol) is behind a gas station and coffee shop. It's got a Park & Ride sign and everything, but Google Maps will not accept my edits to place a new Park & Ride location there. The west side parking lot is not as large as the other one. Good luck!
