Horrible,,horrible customer service look at these picture.. placed an order for a happy birthday.. and message, to be delivered, a I love You gift was delivered  . Called and ask about what went wrong . The owner took his own decision to send the driver to get the delivery back. To spoil the surprise..Just totally bad business .. I really think that McDonald drive thru. does a better job than this business. Please be aware on the rating .He or this business actually rated them self or friends. Posted pictures on his web- site make your own judgement.

Very polite and helpful.
Flowers were gorgeous and delivered the same day as promised.
Would highly recommend Park Hill Joyce Flowers.

My Parents ordered flowers to be delivered on Tuesday to my work and they arrived the Friday before. They were very pretty but as I was looking at the card, right on it, it stated to be delivered the following Tuesday.. Just as I was reading that, I got a phone call from a very nice man from the flower shop. He stated how it was there mistake and the flowers were delivered early. He said don't go thanking anyone yet because we are going to send you a new bunch of flowers for Tuesday. He then asked me if I wanted the same arrangement or something different. I said suprise me and boy was I surpried! The flowers are so pretty and I love them! Thank you so much Park Hill Joyce Flower Shop!! Your customer service is awesome :)
