I lived there for 3 years, never had a problem, all the maintenance guys were so friendly, and I really liked the park across the street, Donnelly Park going and feed the geese and ducks, jogging around the park, I really miss living there

It was cold, damp. There landscaping was bad. People who had pets let them mess on the grass and not pick up after them. If you like trains then move here, but if you don't want to be woken by trains all night don't move in. It is great there is a park near by, but you can't go there at night as I was told about stabbings, and other illegal activities. The 1st weekend we moved in to there were cops all over. The carpets are terrible. I have dogs, but still after I vacuum it still looks dirty and I have a Dyson animal series. Also each time I vacuum carpet fibers come up. The appliances need to be updated, the windows are not double pained. The water pressure is great in the shower if you like to take a freezing shower. The hot water is great but you get no pressure behind it. There are laundry facilities on sight, and they aren't too bad. There is a exercise building, but you have to pay for that. There is a pool and a spay but the chemicals caused me to break out LOL. Some good points they have security that travels through at night. It is very close to a bus depot, Most neighbors seem nice had not problems with them. There does seem to be a lot of cops almost every weekend. I'm from NY and I know cold, so when I say my feet are cold all the time it is because there cold all the time. There is constant condensation on the windows in the mornings. I do like the balcony and used it a lot. So you have been warned. It isn't a bad place, but I would never move back here.

I loved the place. It was a really nice place. Staff was always helpful. The area was nice to.
