I don't understand how they run the business. First time I was there, I asked the girl I want basic car wash and she charged me $29.99 plus extra couple bucks for SUV (my car is Nissan; Juke which is smaller than regular cars) But they did good job. I wouldn't say it was worth for more than $35 including tip though. 
So, I wanted to try again for basic car wash yesterday. I got there 3:55pm on Saturday and they closed. The guy said they close at 5pm but the girl said they have so many cars, they weren't sure if they can finish those cars in one hour, so they closed it. Which I understood, so I asked her what time you guys open tomorrow and made sure I go there on time again.  She say they will open until 5pm on Sunday. As I saw, there were only two guys who were dying cars on Saturday...
I came back next day around 1:30pm and they were closing.... I won't go there again and we have 4 cars in my family but I won't recommend to my family.

WORST PLACE EVER! Waited an hour and 45 minutes for a $30 car wash that left bugs on my window and front bumper and oil on my door.

The girl who helped me out in the front, Veronica, was very sweet and professional, as was the guy who washed my car. I am very satisfied with their service.

They usually do good work, and if something is not to your satisfaction, they will fix it. I feel the price is too high, but it's either use them or scratchy brushes at the two gas stations. New owners now and new higher prices.
The only downside I've found beyond their pricing is that twice in a row they've failed to get my windshield clean on the inside, both times I hadn't had the time to go back and ask them to fix it, which I know they would.
