Dishwasher broke within 2 weeks of moving in. 3 months later, no one has been by to try and fix it. Thermostat doesn't work and our apartment is at a constant, uncomfortable, 85°. Complained about that several times. Still not taken care of. Wouldn't let us rent a 2nd or 3rd floor apartment because our dogs weigh over 30lbs. What about the damn kid that is living above us?! Because that kid is always running and jumping around. Irritated beyond belief. Fully expect to move out as soon as our lease is up. Not worth the price for the poor maintenance and horrible neighbors.

First of all I want to say this area is great in terms of it being very peaceful and quiet. The heat works nicely and starts up quickly no hassle... But that's about all this place offers. The walls are paper thin, constantly get complaints about being loud when I am barely home. Jennifer... don't get me started on Jennifer the property manager. She has a disgusting attitude and is very sarcastic. DONT MOVE HERE unless you're 50 years old or older and want a peaceful place where you can make literally no noise and get a complaint if you do. Dish washer broke within the first month... an addition unit was installed and the maintenance man didnt pup the cork on the garbage disposal and water leaks everywhere. AGAIN DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you're grumpy and old. Horrible..

I have been here for 5 months and find my apartment very quiet and serene! I had one complaint with some shelves being missing which was resolved immediately by the attentive and professional staff. my cable and phone were going off at first but i got a better router and the problem was resolved. I love the spacious rooms and open floor plans and the rooms are well lit with more windows than any other apartment i have looked at. I love the wide doorways and tall ceilings...everything i want in an apartment is here in Park Lane South! As far as the people noises that some tenants complain about...I live in an upper and it is so quiet that I didn't even think anyone else lived here when i first moved in! I do hear doors open at times but my dog rarely barks so he doesn't even hear anything! I don't hear anyone through the walls or floors either. Some people just seem to complain about everything! Maybe they should try an upper if they want more quiet. This is not a single family home...no one should move into an apartment complex if they expect complete quiet. The only complaint that i have is that the refuse rooms are not swept and kept very clean...i only go there once or twice a week so no biggy. And the one that i go to is more used than any other on the premises. My little dog really is looking forward to that dog park we are going to get after the constuction is complete. I do find plenty of dog bags and cleanup areas available though. Unfortunately, some tenants don't feel it necessary to pick up after their dogs but that is no fault of the apartment complex just bad puppy parents! And the cigarette butts strewn across the lawn is unsightly..come on people...no littering please...your mother doesn't live here! No one told me that my gas bill would be so low...my highest so far was $29 thanks to the nice lady who lives downstairs. I was used to paying at least $100 more so it is a nice savings! The people that i have met so far are very nice...the people in my building are very friendly and welcoming and i love saying "Hi" to all my neighbors while i walk my dog. i enjoy living at Park Lane South and can't wait for the nice weather so i can enjoy our pool! And I can walk to Kohls!! I love being close to my children and all our other business..i put a lot less gas in my car too! Park Lane...keep up the good work!!

I have been here only a few days the area of park lane east its pretty quiet outside and peaceful however there are some flaws compared to my previous community but it seems to be a decent place. This is a dog friendly apartment however there are no convenient trash areas with or without dog pick up bags to throw away dog mess while walking your animals you have to throw trash in a smelly stuffy garbage room, the walls are very thin I can hear my neighbor downstairs leave in and out as their door slams shut my upstairs unit shakes a little I can hear almost everything they do down stairs with their cabinets/doors good thing I chose a upper unit. I'd rather pay more to have a better quality place with thicker walls. I previously lived at windsong apartments which didn't have private entrances and rent was more but I barely ever heard any neighbors up or down.

This is the crown jewel of apartments in Lancaster Depew area. The staff is professional friendly & helpful in every way imaginable. The rooms are large & you have many options when you are moving in. The lease is reasonable & the maintenance staff is responsive & also very helpful at anytime of day or night or week-end. It seems as if they respond to every possible want or need before you can even ask about it. I recommend these apartments highly & hope to see you here soon!
