I went to see a family member the other day and I have to say it was a nice experience. First the staff seemed friendly even though my aunt complained about a few things overall she is happy with a few care staff but I think the highlight of her day is the maintaince manager. She says he makes it a point to make her smile, and that to me is pretty awesome. I really hope the positive energy is contagious and staff realize how important it is to her.

I wouldn't even give this place a one star. The management there is completely incompetent and incapable of taking care of the elderly.  They have no compassion and total lack of understanding when one of their residents becomes ill.  They can't tell the difference of whether their patient has dementia or a UTI.  Please do not be fooled by the nice facility. Until they replace the current management i would suggest to stay away.

Our sister was at the facility for 17 days. The attending staff was very helpful. However the facility management was terrible. They were disorganized, did not staff shifts properly and routinely deflected accountability. We transferred her out as soon as we could.

Unprofessional Telephone Operator - I called an operator to check if the patient is still with their service or discharge and a GUY hang up the phone on me. How rude..
