Took my son to urgent care.  Waited 25 minutes to be seen, then he was told to wait in another area to get an ultra sound; nurse said "if you wait too long, come knock on the urgent care door and a nurse will help you."  How long is "too long."  Waited 45 minutes and then he went to get help.  Was told his ultrasound had been scheduled for St. Louis Park by mistake.  Ultrasound was rescheduled for Brooklyn Center (where we had been waiting) and then he was told the one and only ultrasound tech was on lunch break and would be another 45 minutes or so till he could be taken.

There are no coffee, juice, soda, or food / snack vending machines.  Some electric fixtures are hanging loose from ceiling.  No napkins available at the "Cover your cough" station.  Some of the check in staff seemed rude and even had conflicts with each other.

Georgia was by far the kindest and most empathetic PA I have ever met. She knew what I was going through was going to be horrible and did every possible thing to calm me down and make it as painless as possible. She's amazing!

Professional, knowledgeable staff who are kind to our children, provide excellent pediatric care and went out of their way to make time to see our newborn son when he had a cold.
