Really great experience for my first studio apartment. If it weren't for Park Place, I wouldn't have been able to live without roommates. I was not willing to live in a bug infested apartment in a bad neighborhood. The commute to work in Mt. Pleasant is convenient, the office staff at park place are pleasant, maintenance is quick to resolve issues & they treat regularly for bugs. For what you get, you can't beat the price. I never used the pool but it was really nice and the gym/laundry facilities were convenient. The two things I wish were different are the size of the kitchen & the noise level. It being an older complex, you can hear everything above and around your apartment. During the summer, it's extra loud with kids playing outside and slamming doors. The wall & front door of my apartment would shake. Not necessarily something the complex can change but it's something you should know before you move in. Overall, it's an affordable & quality place to live.

Me and my boyfriend have lived here for a year. We have enjoyed every moment of it. This location is convenient to a ton of stores and food places. The staff at Park Place are very helpful and the maintenance team was great as well. Whenever we put in a request they were out the next day to solve the problem.

Kris Koehler Park Place Apartments is very helpful. Top most management Cheryl is highly ethical, direct, honest and down to earth. I can't say more words. She is sincere to her heart and soul..
The maintenance Kevin was really prompt and helpful.
