Amazing customer service in the office. They were always very accommodating and friendly. Lived here for 2 years and if I wasn't going to purchase a home I would have stayed. Had some maintenance issues as is expected but the maintenance personnel came out same day to fix it. Never had any issues with bugs or anything of that nature. No noise issues, and never even heard my neighbors. The apartments themselves are of average quality but the customer service puts the complex at a step above many others in my eyes. I would definitely recommend checking this location out.

Used to live here! These apartments are nasty! There is nothing to do when something is broken they don't fix it ! They don't care at all! The pool hasso much mole in it!!! I hate these apartments the staff just doesn't care at all!! Oh I will text him and they won't come

I love the location... It is right off of Rivers Ave., across from the mall and restaurants as well as many stores.  The interstate is about 2 minutes away, however the complex is hidden away in a residential street, surrounded by houses.  Therefore, it is extremely quiet and peaceful.

I've lived at Audubon Park for the past two years.  I had come from an apartment complex which was absolutely horrendous and did not care about a single soul that lived there.  However, when I found Audubon Park, I was so excited to move here!! We started in a 3 bedroom the first year 2015-2016, then our one roommate moved, so we transferred into a 2 bedroom from March of 2016, until this week.  We have loved it so much here! The staff is amazing!!! No one could run this place, as great as the three women in the office, and the amazing onsite workers.  I would easily recommend this complex to any one in the Hanahan/North Charleston area.  It is a very homey and family friendly environment, in such a great neighborhood.  Thank you to the staff for everything you guys do, it was great living here the past two years!

I have lived here for five months and plan on remaining here. I have had no issues or problems. There is always plenty of parking, the apartment complex is quiet for the most part (you do have to take in consideration the number of people who live here and the location.) The amenities are great for what you pay for. I'm a single female and feel very safe and comfortable in my surroundings. The only concern I have is the garbage area where people drop things that shouldn't be there which is NO fault of the property management. People have a tendency to use the garbage area as a dumping ground which makes the property look less than desirable. I often see the Hanahan police driving around the parking lot which offers additional safety and security. The staff is always friendly and welcoming when I go to the office. I highly recommend living here!
