Pretty cool place. Would be better if I lived in that little area. You can walk to different spots. Would be cool if there was a grocery store in there.

Awesome area. Lots of great bars and shops, I really enjoy coming down here for RA, Pig & Finch, as well as Gordon Biersch. If you haven't hung out on the roof top patios here, you are missing out. The new movie theatre looks awesome, I will be down to check it out soon.

Cute mini city looking area. Be aware that street parking is extremely limited so factor in time to use the parking garages. Very unique eateries and shops which is appealing. The street layout can be kind of tight and the drivers tend to be impatient to allow street parking which can make a fun night out stressful and anxiety filled.

Very new, modern and nice apartment buildings with a steep price tag in my opinion. 

If you can afford the $1800 price tag for a 1 bedroom apartment then it offers good views, great ammenities and is within walking distance to restaurants, movies, shopping and much more. 

The crime in the area is minimal and therefore Park Place is what I would consider a safe and welcoming residency.

I personally could never justify the cost of living in such a place however if you can afford it and are looking for convenience, luxury and comfort then it is well worth consideration.
