I called and asked if they had a specific pair of sunglasses in stock she immediately said yes. I asked her to actually put a hand on them, after a long time she said she found them. I asked again this exact pair. She said yes. I said I was on my way up and to set them to the side. Once I got up there they didn't have what I needed, but were quickly trying to get me to purchase a different pair of sunglasses that they said were very similar. They wasted an hour of my life driving around.

I frequent this location and the one on Country Club Plaza.  Both have a good selection of eye wear and I've had consistently good service in both locations.
