Absolutely horrible warranty service and poor workmanship. After you buy, you are truly stuck! My master shower ceiling is about to cave in any day now. They've come out twice and it's now even worse. No one responds to your concerns in a timely manner and the company can't keep an employee longer than 6 months. We spent so much money and can't even be happy when we come home.  My DR Horton home was the total opposite! I'll be contacting the BBB also.

Beware, horrible warranty service.  Lillian refuses to correct a fence that restricts water spicket to back yard.  And our mailbox is embarrassing.  Poor attention to detail.  Be sure you review craftsmanship very carefully.  We are very disappointed with follow through after closing and Lillian management honestly doesn't care.  The customer service (warranty department) should be better and the BBB agrees.  Just check out their case findings online.  Be sure to check out all of the reviews because they are accurate!
