I know big banks have some benefits, but over the last 5 years of banking at Capital Bank, I've been so pleased with the service and the kindness of all the nice people who work there.  They know who I am, and they've been ultra nice on top of being very professional.  There aren't so many of the obnoxious fees as with the big banks and they're just more personal.
