I wish I did not have to give them a single star even.  I bought artwork from them back in September 2016.  Called late December because never received it and canceled the order.  I was told the charge on my credit card would be refunded and never was.  I disputed the charge with the Carnival credit card and they put a hold on the charge for about 45 days until Park West said they cannot give me a credit until the dispute is lifted.  Guess what I still do not have my money back.  I am going to report them to the BBB

This is the worst outfit to do business with! Calls are not returned, neither are emails, finally I contacted the BBB and guess what a call in less than a week ! However, now I am still waiting for my refund, Carnival is waiting for their paperwork, and I continue making payments on my credit card (and interest on top of that, which I am not going to get back!!!). Bought a very expensive painting on the Carnival Pride September 2016, which Park West "lost", and then tracked it to the "waiting financing/layaway" warehouse, although I paid it for IN FULL with a credit card, on the ship, and money was deducted from my account on the day of purchase. No contact with me ever! I am so outraged and stressed. I guess the next logical step will be the legal one - maybe then I'll get my paid on account interest and allowance for emotional distress. Please consider buying art locally, NEVER, NEVER on a cruise auction held by Park West Galleries!

I want to help anyone I can with this message. I purchased  artwork from them May 6 2016. I was aboard the Norwegian  Cruise ship. I spent over 12000.00 dollars. I never got the artwork  or the money back. Please think really hard before you buy anything from them.

We have been on cruise in December 2015. Bought two pieces of Art. Against all negative posts in the "cloud" we want to say thank you to Park West. Pictures and frames are awesome. They arrived in the expected time slot at our home in a professionel package with a lot of padding. We will buy again on our next cruise.

The price value of the art is fair. 

The team on the cruise ship was friendly and did a gerat job.
