They have too many parking spaces crammed into this parking garage. The spaces are way too small and there's not enough room to turn around cars and stay in your lane.

The staff here are ridiculous. They don't care about students or parking enforcement. The front desk girls are nice but that's about it. This whole department of UCCS serves to raise revenue. They do this by intentionally making it difficult to be compliant. This office issues parking passes for times of the year when parking does not need to be enforced to further bolster their revenues.

Although you have to shell out a good deal of money for a parking pass, you can't always find a parking space. If, however, you can, then it's pretty close to the Engineering and Osbourne buildings, and there's no better parking for Columbine. There is guest parking available, but it's too expensive to use on a regular basis.
