BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! It's really worth it for you to look elsewhere for a vehicle. The salesmen here are shady and lie. We had an almost complete deal had confirmation texts up to 6pm the day before, about coming in for the final paperwork for purchasing a vehicle here at 8am the next morning. My husband was a returning customer and spoke highly of these guys before what happened to us. Essentially the vehicle we had done all the work for financing was sold, I got the call at 9pm at night, from underneath us by the same salesman that was selling us the vehicle, I verified that through social media. He told me another manager authorized the sale not knowing it was meant for us........we were never told we needed to put money down to hold the vehicle had we been told that we would have. I was told first come first served.....yeah I guess approved financing and communication doesn't count as first come first serve with these guys.....wow so disappointed. Actually saved me a lot of money I guess considering I won't be trading in my completely paid off vehicle for one of theirs. That was the plan after picking up the car was to talk to them about another deal because of how they were working around our 14 hour work schedules, however we have learned the salesmen here have no respect for honest hard working Americans! Be careful these salesmen lie and say anything to try and just get that sale. Dirty dirty car salesmen tactics....definitely give the good ones a horrible name.

I was treated with very good customer service! Thomas Philips was very awesome for me! He was straight up about everything I wanted to know and didn't just say what I wanted to hear. I would highly suggest coming here for a new vehicle. Great service, I was very satisfied

Sold us a car/SUV with no AC, didn't tell us, a shock broke a couple days after having while towing a FULL 8' Uhaul, the other shock was barely staying on, bolt wasn't secured. Electric, for charging phones etc didn't work. I understand "AS IS" BUT, not telling us is BS, VERY SH££Y BUSINESS!! The guys we talked to after, didn't care at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!! ALL THEY CARED ABOUT, THEY GOT THEIR $$$$, WE PAID CASH, WE NEVER GOT THE TITLE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL TOGETHER!!!! PARKLAND AUTO LEARN HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!! DON'T BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!

Purchased a used 2000 Durango today. Originally went in to look at a Yukon but the engine didn't sound too good. Thomas Phillips was the salesman that helped me. I did my research and looked around online before deciding on the Yukon at Parkland Auto Center. I asked a lot of questions from beginning to end regarding everything. Thomas Phillips was very patient and helpful and because of that I decided to check out what else they had in stock. I didn't feel at all coerced or misled by Thomas. The Sales manager was also very nice and informative...I asked questions......and the finance person was also very nice and reviewed the documents thoroughly before signing. The durango runs fine and I am taking it to a shop to get it checked out tomorrow to make sure there's no major problems and I can actually return it if it has any.......which I brought up to Thomas and that was what we agreed on. No pushing for the sale. Thank you Parkland Auto Center.

Waste of time. Should never had gone back after dealing with their druggie sales guy the first time we went. Unprofessional!!! I'd give 0 stars if I could. READ ALL THEIR REVIEWS FIRST!
