This was, hands down, the best car buying experience I have ever had.  I worked with Bill and George in sales and Josh in Finance.  They made the process easy and seamless.  All of the staff was so friendly.  They gave me good money for my trade in and a great deal on a certified vehicle.  This is not your normal car dealership.  Bill was easy going, he wasn't pushy and didn't expect me to buy the first day I showed up. The staff interacts with each other and provide a sense of family in their environment.  The facility is top notch; beautiful, clean and inviting.  I recommend anyone looking for a car to shop at Parkland Chevrolet.  And ask for Bill!

Gary Carroll went above and beyond for us when we were deciding on a car. His customer service is very impressive, if I were to buy a car again he'd be the guy I'd call. Had a very easy time talking to him, he went out of his way to get accurate details about the car and etc. If you're shopping here Gary Carroll is the guy you want to speak with for superb hassle free car buying. Thank you once again Gary!

My wife and I have had great service. We bough her 2016 Malibu from Thomas who was super patient and kind. When her car needed a major repair the service department was transparent and patient with us. Now that I am looking for a truck Mel spent over an hour with us even though he knew we weren't necessarily purchasing today. Great place, great people, recommend to everyone.

Overpriced service. I asked how much my oil change would be 'out the door' and was quoted way less, how hard is it to tell the truth.

I made an appointment for my oil change (3-4 days ahead of time), scheduled my entire day around that appointment, then halfway through the morning I got a call that I didn't need an appointment for an oil change. Would it have been so hard to call when I did the online scheduling? Apparently. 

Nickel and Dime dealership too. I've never had my oil changed at a Chevrolet dealership and NOT had my tires rotated for free. Here they want to charge an additional fee. 

I'll be taking my business elsewhere. This is a dealership that doesn't care about the loyal customer, only concerned about their profits. Such a shame.

Very nice people to work with,  no pressure.  They want you to be happy with your investment.  Will definitely come back when I need another vehicle.
