Consistently voted the Best Health Club in Sonoma ... and for tons of good reasons.  My only complaint is cleanliness in the men's shower is at times lacking.  It needs to be better cleaned ... and cleaned more often.  The shower drains need to be cleaned too so soapy soapy water doesn't back up.  Management needs to give this some attention.   Other than that, I love the facilities and staff.

Best gym in Sonoma county, world class staff, clean environment. Polite and educated instructors on hand and willing to give advice for advancement in weight training. Facility are kept clean and neat at all times. World class commercial equipment, dance room, aerobics room, handball and racquetball courts available. Hands down best facility in town.

I love this place! Its totally changed my life in Santa Rosa. Beautiful gym, incredible bathrooms with STEAM ROOM, sauna, showers ... big upgrade to your life! Staff is friendly and they don't try to hard sell or close you when you come in.

Clean friendly atmosphere restrooms have hot tubs steam room and sauna the exercise equipment is Bar None the best quality I've seen.

People are cool. Handball action is great. The onlu drawback to the club is the size. Very small pool, small weight room, small everything. There are 4 courts for handball. 2 with back glass wall. No b ball courts inside
