The Dentists and Hygienists are good but the front staff is terrible. They are very slow and detached, and at times just downright rude. I gave this spot multiple chances because I have always had such great experiences at other Santa Rosa Community Health Centers, but I've decided it just isn't worth it. Too bad because if they had better receptionists this would be a decent local clinic.

This place cannot handle complex care or difficult tasks. They are slow and the doctors, are not understanding. Very disappointed with the care I am receiving but dew to insurance I cannot go elware.

I broke a tooth and they did not care to get me in soon and left me with a decaying tooth so long that it could not be saved. I have had a broken tooth now for seven weeks and they are impossible to contact over the phone and get anything done.

This place is ridiculous it takes more then a hour to answer calls ..i wouldn't recommend going..+the receptionists are rude and it's so slow it's like western dental but worse 😤
