My last visit was Very disappointing.  I had my oil changed and tire rotated.  They left my tires loose and broke the cover that protects the bottom of my car.
When I tried to report it, the technician lied saying he did not touch the cover, which is impossible to do the oil change without removing it.
After investigating the issue,  the manager was really nice and have everything  fix for me.
I will not go back. Ever.

I had an issue with promises made by the sales team when I purchased my car from Parks. Their promises were lies. When I spoke to Mr. Parks, he did not follow through and did not call me back as promised. I advise anyone buying a car there to get EVERYTHING in writing. I will not buy another car from Parks.

Steve Cooke is a great and down to Earth person. After a horrible experience with a dealership in high point earlier that day my dad and I decided to drive down to Kernersville. Steve greeted us when we arrived and was determined to help us turn an awful day into one of my greatest. I told him I was inbetween the cruz and the malibu. He listened to the budget I was comfortable with a found me some options. He brought me a cruz and malibu and let me take my time deciding what was going to be best for me. My heart was set on the Malibu and he made it happen. Steve found the color I wanted in the Malibu and we made a deal! I am so happy and in love with my first car purchase! Steve made me feel comfortable and completely satisfied with my buying experience. Parks Chevy in Kernersville has gained a lifetime customer, thank you so much for the great experience!!
