You couldn't ask more of a place that has several parks for kids, a very memorable armed forces memorial (they even have a piece of the 9/11 wreckage and placard there). There's hiking trails, that frizbee golf type thing. Just so much awesome stuff for so many people. I THINK there's some sort of adult obstacle course but I'm not positive. 

Also everything is free. And there's an outdoor stage. And way more.

Beautiful Park very clean. Great for families playgrounds for children. Various activities you can do  walking, running, riding your bike and mediation& yoga .Awesome trails too. There are shelters for events.The  disc throwing is very popular there. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff are very friendly.

Awesome park & great volleyball courts + disc golf course! Kids have a nicely designed play area. Beautiful memorial to soldiers as well!

Great outdoor place for various activities - family picnics, hikes, walks, memorial, volleyball courts, soccer field!
We go there often for walks and hikes! Hike trails are easy even if marked hard.

Perhaps my favorite park in the area. Good for all things outdoors! It is a large area with several playgrounds and shelters, as well as areas to hike, bike, fish, etc. We can easily spend half a day here.
