Story

Our company began simply, and from our humble beginnings we have been working hard to earn a reputation for excellence over the past four decades. In 2000, the Tucker family purchased Parks Heating & Cooling, and we have continued the tradition of providing quality service to our customers. Tom Tucker has over three decades of HVAC industry experience. The leadership at Parks Heating & Cooling boasts over 150 years of combined home comfort service experience. First time customer of Parks Heating & Cooling!   Thank you Carrie and Josh! I am so happy with the process from scheduling and through the end of the service. My issue was quickly resolved. Parks Heating and Cooling initially installed my system when my home was built. Moving into my new home, the thermostat was locked into a certain temp and I was unable to change it. I called Parks and someone immediately helped me take the thermostat off of the timer that the builders had put on it. Today, Parks serviced my home again, by moving a thermostat to a new location. The techs were very friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and moved the thermostat to a better location. My experiences with Parks thus far have been amazing and it’ll be the only company I allow to service my home. Highly recommend!

Phil was a great technician. I had to replace my flame sensor. He didn't have one in his truck so we opted to clean my existing one instead.  Weird though that to clean or replace is the same price. I obviously would have wanted the new one but had to settle for cleaning because of my tight schedule. I hope it lasts so I don't get double charged if I have to call back and order a new one.  Everyone was nice to deal with.

So pleased with the ease of scheduling an appointment, and being notified when the technician was on the way.  Jordan was very professional and even took pictures to show what service had been performed.  Very happy with the entire process!

I had a great experience with Parks. They were able to come the same day I called,  and stayed until my AC was working. The guys were respectful and hard working.
