The Staff always welcomes you with a smile. I recently had my bike tuned up for the season and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was in good working order. Anyone can ride a bike but, having a mechanic take the time to explain all the work they completed and why in terms I can understand is what makes a difference to me! No pressure sales just honest work.

This is my second visit for a bike tune up and the shop and staff are very professional and courteous. They also give great advice on equipment care and updates. Highly recommend!

Worst experience I've had...I was sold a tune-up  and a bike fitting.   I was supposed to receive a call when the bike was ready which never came.  I was then Informed that The store does not perform fittings. The sales/service person justified the stores behavior.

I complained to the manager and was greeted with trite responses.

Was planning on upgrading bike but now I will explore different brand. 

NEVER AGAIN!

I can’t think Adam, Alex and Ang enough. I went in to find the perfect bike for my daughter who has special needs. In order for her to ride her bike a special handle needs to be installed on the back. All three of them persisted for over 30 minutes attempting to install the handle to the bike they felt was a perfect fit for my daughter. I was just about to give up, but they weren’t. In the back of the store, Adam and Alex made magic happen and they successfully and securely install the handle on the back of her new bike. Ang took extra time and care in finding my daughter the perfect fitting helmet that matched her brand spanking new bike. My daughter is over the moon and so am I! I still can’t believe how much time they spent making this work for us. They went above and beyond what I ever expected. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a quality bike and a quality experience to come to the store. Thank you once again Adam Alex and Ang.
