We recently took our new class A 45'  coach to Parkview RV for a few minor repairs. While our coach was there, another RV backed into it breaking our windshield and damaging our paint. As unfortunate as this was, Parkview stepped up and took care of all of repairing all of the damage with kindness and courtesy that I wish all other businesses would offer.  Their attitude and compassion in regard to our feelings was more than we could ask for. I addition, they made all of the original schedules repairs at a much appreciated reduced cost.  We will have no problem retrurning with our coach for future work.

My husband and I traveled from Waynesboro PA to pick up our Big Blue Winnebago and couldn't be happier with our purchase. This was our second RV purchase - the first from a different dealership that could not hold a candle to the customer service we received from Parkview. The "hand off" was top-notch and covered every aspect of Winnie. Due to the distance we traveled, we were invited to stay overnight to make sure everything worked fine before making the almost 4 hour trip home. We encountered a very minor issue (bathroom door wouldn't close properly) which was handled first thing in the morning. We left Parkview feeling like  the distance traveled was well worth the experience...and would do it again in a heartbeat. We've already recommended Parkview to several folks we met at the campground. Thank you Parkview!

Purchased a used truck camper this past July.  I know it's buyer beware but this was terrible. I had to return a few weeks later to have some jack issues addressed.  4 hour drive only to find out they didn't order part. They did however move the jacks around to make sure what the problem was. The tech also changed the positioning of jacks. As a result, its 3 months later and I finally got the problems they caused straightened out.  Haven't been able to use it yet and won't til next year. Never again!

Tried over course of 3 days to connect with sales. ready to buy asap , cash deal. Then? I get one callback, missed, tried calling back and mailbox was full, tried several more times, "mailbox full" then called another #, told by the gal " his mailbox is always full" seems to me that IS an issue, Glad business is that good.:)  I will NOT go there nor contact them again. I see other comments to same respect. We  seem to be a "#" and that is it!! too bad for them and good luck. Too many other dealers and .. My inlaws liked this place way back. I do not right off./. Do not mean to sound bad but they can use any excuse they want, Their communication stinks. Too bad,  IMO only!!!!!!
